Mums On The Ball Application Form

McDonald's is providing 160 free places for mums to gain their first coaching qualification as part of the Mums On The Ball campaign.

These qualifications are recognised and run by the relevant national Football Association – The FA, Scottish FA, Irish FA and Welsh Football Trust.

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. However, in cases where demand outstrips the number of places available, other factors such as whether a mum currently volunteers at a local football club or her reason for wanting to become a coach maybe taken into consideration.

As with all coaches that go through McDonald's coaching programme, all mums must be pass a Criminal Records Bureau check. This will be conducted after the course has been completed and before they receive their qualification.

Please note that the dates and locations of some courses are fixed. Click here for course details.

Further details on the courses can be found in our free Mums On The Ball guide. Click here to download the guide.
