If you have received a faulty game sticker with your purchase then ask a member of staff for a replacement when you are at the counter. If you have left the counter before requesting a replacement, McDonald's staff are permitted to use discretion before offering a replacement. All faulty game stickers are void for the purpose of the Promotion - see Rules for details.

Each prize is a Visa Prepaid Card loaded with £1,000.
You will find an 8 digit code on all game pieces. Simply peel and reveal the game sticker from the promotional packaging and the code will be at the bottom on the reverse.
Once you have peeled your game sticker from the Monopoly promotional packaging you will find an 8 digit online code. Simply go online to www.mcdonalds.co.uk/monopoly and enter your code as well as any other information requested for a chance to win. You can enter between 11:00:00 on 24th March 2010 and 23:59:59 on 4th May 2010 inclusive.
A "winning moment" is the specific moment within each hour at which time a code must be entered to win. All "winning moments" have been randomly selected in advance of the promotion under McDonald's audited procedures.

If your sticker is faulty in any way then contact Monopoly Customer Services on 0844 991 6472 for a replacement. You will need to send in your faulty game sticker to the promotional address provided by Customer Services. All stickers will be examined and McDonald's will determine if in its discretion it is willing to send you a replacement. You must send in your faulty game sticker to arrive with Customer Services by 29th April 2010 at the latest. We regret that faulty game stickers are no longer valid for use in the Promotion.

You can only submit the unique 8 digit code from your game sticker online (whether by computer or mobile phone with internet capability) at www.mcdonalds.co.uk/monopoly between 11:00:00 on 24th March 2010 and 23:59:59 on 4th May 2010 inclusive. Codes cannot be entered after this point.
Check that you have entered your code correctly. If you had not previously entered your code but the website still says that your code is invalid please call Monopoly Customer Service on 0844 991 6472 for assistance.
There is a limit of 24 entries per entrant per calendar day (i.e. each 24 hour period starting from midnight or, for 24th March only, from 11.00.00) (as per Promotional Rules). If you have entered less than 24, call Monopoly Customer Services on 0844 991 6472 for assistance.
If no valid entry is received at the exact winning moment then the £1K Visa Prepaid Card for that hour will lapse and will not be re-awarded.
Every valid entry will receive online notification stating whether or not the entry was at a winning moment.
