Nathan has had a busy season, retaining all his British junior, senior and world junior titles in all three disciplines - javelin, shotput and discus.
In September he competed for Great Britain at the Senior World Championships held in Holland, in shot putt and javelin, and came an excellent 5th in both. He was the youngest competitor in the field and broke the GB Senior record and European record in the shot with a distance of 12m 32cms.
He is now studying sports coaching at Cardiff University having gained two distinctions and a merit in his Sports Science diploma.
His sights are now firmly set on Beijing 2008.
"This has been a really good year for me, particularly in achieving personal bests in nearly every one of my competitions. I'm currently focussing on university and my dream to be a coach, inspiring youngsters to get into sport."
