Terms and Conditions
Obtain a voucher at participating restaurants with each purchase of the themed Happy Meal subject to availability. The voucher entitles the bearer whilst stocks last to purchase a copy or copies of the stated book at the participating UK stores of WH Smith at the offered price-per-copy between 27th January - 9th March 2010 (inclusive). Valid at all WH Smith High Street Stores (excludes website purchases, outlet stores, railway stations, motorway service stations, airports and other travel stores). The following are not eligible to use the voucher: Employees and immediate family members of any McDonald's, the named Retailer, the named Publisher (if any) or their respective agencies or any other person assisting with this promotion. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. The voucher is not for re-sale. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. No alternative product or cash may be claimed by the voucher holder. Voucher can not be used for more than a single transaction. Voucher will be retained on redemption. Photocopied, counterfeit, illegible or damaged vouchers are invalid. The named Retailer may retain a voucher but decline to redeem it where the named Retailer believes (in its stolen discretion) that any terms have not been complied with. This does not affect your statuary rights. Offer and Instructions on the voucher form part of the terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict of interpretation these terms and conditions shall prevail.
