Happy Meal Shrek Book Offer - Terms and Conditions
Obtain a voucher at participating restaurants with each purchase of the themed Happy Meal subject to availability. The voucher entitles the bearer whilst stocks last to purchase a copy or copies of the featured book or books at the participating UK stores of WH Smith at the offered price-per-copy between 23rd June - 31st August 2010 (inclusive). Valid at all WH Smith High Street Stores (excludes website purchases, outlet stores, railway stations, motorway service stations, airports and other travel stores). The following are not eligible to use the voucher: Employees and immediate family members of any McDonald's, WH Smith, the Publisher or their respective agencies or any other person assisting with this promotion. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. The voucher is not for re-sale. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. No alternative product or cash may be claimed by the voucher holder. Voucher can not be used for more than a single transaction. Voucher will be retained on redemption. Photocopied, counterfeit, illegible or damaged vouchers are invalid. WH Smith may retain a voucher but decline to redeem it where WH Smith believes (in its stolen discretion) that any terms have not been complied with. This does not affect your statutory rights. Descriptions of the offer and instructions appearing elsewhere on the website or on Happy Meal boxes, will form part of the terms and conditions but, in the event of a conflict of interpretation between those descriptions or instructions and these terms and conditions, then these terms and conditions shall prevail.
