A few things to think about before you apply

Be aware that franchising is not for everyone. To operate a McDonald's franchise you need the managerial and personal skills necessary to run a business employing 50 or more people and serving three to four hundred thousand customers a year.

It should come as no surprise then, that our selection process is rigorous. We look for individuals with:

• High personal integrity
• High standards of people management and communication
• Ability to display financial acumen
• Strong leadership qualities
• The personality to be an excellent ambassador for McDonald's
