What are RIs?

Reference Intakes (RI) previously called Guideline Daily Amounts (GDAs) can be used as a guideline to help you see how a particular food contributes to your daily diet. They are based on official recommendations for an average adult and are a guide not a target. You can find both nutrition values and RI information on product packaging and on the back of all tray liners in our restaurants as well as the product pages in this website.
