At McDonald's UK we like to source the potatoes we use to make our French Fries
from British and Irish farms
They’re harvested by our farmers and sent to factories in Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire where they’re made into fries. The potatoes are washed, peeled, cut and frozen by our suppliers.
Our restaurant crew then cook them in a blend of sunflower and rapeseed oil, adding a pinch of salt before serving.
