Why can't you serve breakfast for longer hours?

Products on our breakfast menu are cooked slightly differently and at a different temperature from items on our main menu.
Unfortunately we don't have enough space in our kitchens to use separate grills.

This means we need to stop serving breakfast at a set time to start cooking food from our main menu.

The vast majority of our restaurants stop serving breakfast at 10.30am, but this can vary depending upon location.
