What kind of meat do you use?

When are you going to STOP using the processed meat products in your menu and use the proper meat as chicken?

Thanks for your question. The beef that is used across our menu is 100% British and Irish and we only use whole cuts of forequarter and flank to make our burgers. All the beef we use comes from farms accredited by a nationally recognised farm assurance schemes such as Red Tractor. We only use breast meat across our entire chicken menu. All the pork that is used on our menu is British and from farms accredited by a nationally recognised farm assurance scheme. .
